ALL stakeholders need login credentials to use UTIPS - teachers, administrators AND students. Ensuring unique login credentials is very important. Since everyone has an account, everyone has a 'Role' with rights and privileges they have been granted. UTIPS syncs with district and charter Student Information Systems (SIS) and UTREx. UTIPS works well on mobile devices like the iPad. It also requires a modern web browser, like Google Chrome or Firefox, or even Safari works perfectly (yes, on the PC too!). Follow those links to download and install an updated browser if needed.
